No this is not a fucking virus, scan it with any anti-malware software if you really want to check. No this is not illegal either, this is called free-ware which basically means you cannot get a copy of the game as no physical copies are being produced and no online distributors are selling it, meaning you can sell it free without it being illegal.

I posted this because, at the time, there was no other way to get SWAT 4. Now that it's available on GOG I would suggest you get that version rather than this one, but do whatever the fuck you want I honestly don't care.

In a strange turn of events gog actually made a way to obtain this game through a paid more legal digital copy. However I do not think you should shun the man who made this discussion as this discussion was made before you could get any digital copy of the game.
